Interior design getting down and dirty. Here's an oldy but goody from being on site at the 200 Eye Street build out. Thank you Tammy and Samantha for showing me the ropes back when I was donning a hardhat for the first time at HCA. Ribbon cutting shots here now that the behemoth is finally finished!
The project consisted of an ambitious gut renovation and conversion of an existing 5-story, 404,000 SFG semi-industrial building into a 439,000 SFG Class A office building for the District of Columbia. Tenants will include the D.C. Child and Family Services Agency, the Office of the Chief Technology Officer and the Commission on the Arts and Humanities.
