Sundaying at the Paris Biennale
Do you love expensive jewelry? Who doesn't, especially if you don't have to foot the bill... Well, today is the FINAL day of the XXVI Biennale des Antiquaires, the $50,000,000,000 grand dame of fine jewelry/art/antiquities fairs. For those not in the area, you'll just have to google google google for photos of the ever chic event. Ten fine jewelry houses unveiled a tremendous array of new and unreleased designs at Paris’ Grand Palais.
Participants included Boucheron, Bulgari, Cartier, Chanel, Chaumet, Christian Dior, Harry Winston, Piaget, Van Cleef & Arpels, and Wallace Chan. And best yet, none other than Karl Lagerfeld, official scenographer, was responsible for staging, decorating and designing the 26th Biennale. Bravo!
