This represented Breeze’s first work out on her own and the client found her on Pinterest of all places! The pair quickly vibed and architectural work on this home began while the Logan Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. was mid-transformation. On a meager budget, they rolled up their sleeves and got creative, managing to include a gut renovation of two bathrooms, refinished floors, and a full paint job. Then Breeze set to work transforming the rest of the space, much of which was awkwardly laid out (the English basement, for example, featured a sealed door to an alleyway), into a sophisticated retreat with the help of cleverly placed window treatments and eclectic furnishings and artwork.
